The following guidelines have been created for parents to help avoid confusion and ensure a quality experience for all participants.

1. In order to register for our program we require a credit or debit card number to be on file for automatic billing each month. Those wishing to pay by check or cash are required to pay for five months in advance, or the balance of the current five month period, (ex. September through January or February through June).
2. An annual insurance fee must be paid by each student at the time of registration.
3. Attendance in class does not alter your tuition payment (Your class space is being held).
4. One missed class per month can be made up. Make up days are posted at the desk. Special arrangements for make-up classes can also be made through the front desk. Missed classes should be made up within one month. Make up days cannot be accumulated.
5. No refunds are given. Our school year runs through June and your deposit will be applied at that time. Deposits, with one month's notice, can be applied to whichever is you final month of class.
6. Please be on time for your class and on time to pick up your child after class.
7. Parents, siblings and friends are asked to remain in the lobby during class.
8. Please let us know as soon as possible if you or your child has any questions of concerns about our program. If your child is fearful or uncomfortable with any activity, we can work quickly to correct the problem. We welcome your input ad hope to work together with you to provide your child with a gymnastic program that delivers the maximum benefits.
